DURING EXAM……………… SIMPLE STRESS BUSTERS

  • Play an instrument, or listen to some music. Surely, it is a tension-reliever.
  • In order to generate positive energy within you, water some plants, or just stroll in the garden.
  • Spend at least ½ hour on outdoor activities, as this will energise you.
  • Don’t discuss with your group of friends, about how much of the syllabus you have completed, or how much remains to be done.
  • At least for ½ hour watch your favorite TV programme.
  • Eat fresh fruits, sprouted beans and salad.
  • When bored with a subject, take another subject, and talk a little while to your family.
  • Take a good short nap.
