- Play an instrument, or listen to some music. Surely, it is a tension-reliever.
- In order to generate positive energy within you, water some plants, or just stroll in the garden.
- Spend at least ½ hour on outdoor activities, as this will energise you.
- Don’t discuss with your group of friends, about how much of the syllabus you have completed, or how much remains to be done.
- At least for ½ hour watch your favorite TV programme.
- Eat fresh fruits, sprouted beans and salad.
- When bored with a subject, take another subject, and talk a little while to your family.
