There are a thousand of diets out there.You can google your way to find information about diets and you will find thousands.Which one works the best?I think you need to stick to a diet more than searching for the best one.

One such diet that is recommended for weight loss is the Cabbage Soup Diet.A very effective diet plan if carried out properly.Yes it is not a very famous diet but must say it is effective.

In this Diet Program the list of foods you can consume is very limited..They are listed below.
1.Cabbage
2.Fruits
3.Vegetables
4.Plain boiled chicken breast(for Energy and Protein)

You need Protein to encourage metabolism and Energy to keep you going in your workouts.

This diet (if done properly) has benefited many and is well spoken about.

You can look up the internet for a cabbage soup recipe which seems to be appealing to you and stick to it.

If you can also do some kind of physical activity to benefit more from this diet.
